Aimtec introduces the AM1GU-JZ and AM3GU-JZ series of DC/DC converters, which are Aimtec’s first low power 8:1 ultra-wide input voltage range products. The impressive 4.5-36VDC input voltage can help power applications with widely varying inputs. These converters can also help reduce the total BOM by replacing multiple DC/DC converters with different narrower input voltage ranges with one cost-effective isolated DC/DC solution.
 
With 5, 12, 15, ± 5, ± 12, ± 15VDC output voltage options, the AM1DU and AM3DU are well suited for industrial and commercial applications. These products have an impressive operating temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃ with full power up to 75℃. They also feature an isolation of 3000VDC and a high MTBF of 1,000,000h for improved reliability and system safety. Features such as output short circuit protection (OSCP), output over-current protection (OCP), and input under-voltage protection(UVLO) come standard with this family of products.
 
The AM1GU-JZ and AM3GU-JZ series are ideal for Battery operated circuits,  IoT, analog circuits, grid power, LED, instrumentation, industrial controls, communication, and civil applications.

Aimtec is introducing the new HAMJZ series of open-frame and enclosed AC/DC converters. These product series are designed to meet EN60335-1, EN61558-1, EN62368-1, and EN60601-1 standards, thus enabling them to be used in a wide range of applications such as home appliances, medical and industrial applications.

The HAMJZ product family ranges from 65W to 350W and can accept a universal input voltage range of 85-264VAC and provide 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15, 24, 36, 48V and 54V output voltage options.

With a low no-load power consumption, these products are a good fit for equipment that do not need to operate continuously. This family of products can achieve CISPR32 class B and a ESD contact immunity of ±8KV and an air immunity of ±15KV without external components. The EFT of ±2KV/ surge L-L of ±2KV are also standard EMC features for the -HAMJZ family.

The HAMJZ family is designed to meet IEC/EN60601-1 with 2xMOPP along with 4000VAC of reinforced insulation which is a good fit for medical applications.

Finally, these AC/DC converters have a small footprint and low component height, which offers more flexibility in designing the end product. With a standard JST connector, these products are easy and quick to install as they do not need soldering.

Aimtec is proud to showcase the Eagle series of AC-DC enclosed converters. The Eagle series has a power range from 15W to 350W at 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, 36V and 48 VDC output voltages.

Dual and Triple output options are available through the 35W, 50W, 75W and 100W models and can meet multiple voltage requirements using a single power supply, simplifying the BOM.
 
The Eagle series is divided into three main groups:

The 3rd group of these new ACDC products are designed with active Power Factor Correction (PFC) to help improve the end product power factor and power quality. The Letter "P" in the product part number (AMESP100-277NZ) differentiates them from the others.

They share most of the features with the second group of power converters and can power applications that require 100 to 320W of output power.
