DTI Introduces 20, 25, and 30 kV Surface Mount Diodes!   When we first introduced the SL series we knew we could get extreme voltages into surface mount diodes, now we're proving it!  With the introduction of three new diodes in our long surface mount package, the SL series moves to fulfill it's mission of offering customers a complete range of high voltage diodes in a surface mount design.   Details for these additional parts are on our website now: SLA20S - 20,000 Volt / 55 mA SLA25S - 25,000 Volt / 50 mA SLA30S - 30,000 Volt / 40 mA There is still an extensive roadmap for these parts, including a new gull wing lead configuration, so keep an eye out for new standard products to be introduced in the coming months.  Custom diodes in this surface mount package are available now for customers that have specific needs not met by the products immediately available.  These parts are on the shelf and ready to be included in your new designs now!
